Plain English, no surprises. This site and my coaching practice are run by Patty Jin, trading as ImpacU2, Sydney, Australia.
Your application. What you write in the application form — your name, contact details and your answers — comes to me personally. I use it for one purpose: deciding, with you, whether my coaching is the right fit. It is kept confidential and never used for marketing without your express consent.
The chat assistant. The chat bubble is an AI assistant. Conversations with it are recorded so I can review them and follow up personally when you ask me to. Don't share anything in chat you wouldn't share on an application form.
Bookings. If you book an audit call, your name, email, phone and chosen time are stored so the booking, confirmations and reminders work.
This site uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, what's clicked, and (with Clarity) anonymised session replays of how pages are used. This helps me make the site clearer and more useful. These tools use cookies and similar technologies; the data is captured and processed by Microsoft and Google under their own privacy terms. I see aggregated reports and anonymised interactions — not your name, unless you've given it to me yourself through a form or chat. For more, see Microsoft's and Google's privacy statements.
The website, chat assistant and booking system are built and operated for me by Digital Destiny Pro (Bruce Svenson trading as Digital Destiny Pro, ABN 75 231 460 248, Brisbane, Australia), whose systems store form, chat and booking data on my behalf.
How it's stored. Data is stored with Supabase, enterprise-grade database infrastructure hosted in Sydney, Australia — encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with each business's data isolated from every other's. Server credentials are never exposed to the browser. You can read exactly how the platform handles data — including the providers it relies on — in Digital Destiny Pro's privacy policy.
Beyond that and the analytics providers above, your information is not shared with, sold to, or swapped with anyone — ever.
Ask me any time to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, and I'll do it promptly (anything the law requires me to keep is kept only that long). Australian Privacy Principles apply. If you're ever unhappy with how I've handled your information, tell me first — and you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
